Presentation of suitable candidates
Basing ourselves on the three profiles, we then select between two and four well-qualified candidates. As far as possible, these are presented for interview on the same day, so that our client not only acquires an individual impression of each candidate but also has a good basis for comparing them one with another.
Thereafter, there are two or three further meetings at which various aspects are considered in more detail - perhaps including a visit to the company. A contract of employment is then negotiated with the successful candidate. To achieve optimal security, references are taken up before the contract is signed.
Follow-up. The first few weeks after a new employee joins the company are a particularly important time. Both parties have great expectations and JMI's consultant therefore contacts both the client and the successful candidate to establish that these expectations are satisfied. In this way, we ensure that the project is rounded off to the satisfaction of both parties.
